Meet The Board
Jamie Watts | Managing Director
Jamie is well-regarded in the Sage community with a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise, and shares Mysoft’s vision and culture for excellent support for our customers and colleagues. He will be working with our CEO Chris, and Chairman Brendan, to further grow the business.
Sunita Srivastava | Finance Director
Sunita has been a vital member of the Mysoft team. Her hard work and dedication have had a pivotal role in shaping Mysoft’s future, and she always shows continued support for the business. We believe she will now have a far bigger impact on our success, as she steps into the role of Finance Director.
Steven Higgins | Operations Director
Steve joined Mysoft as a Support Analyst, but with a great aptitude for ERP and IT systems, he quickly progressed to Support Manager and swiftly moved into the role of Consultancy Manager. As Operations Director, Steve will oversee the delivery of our projects and support our heads of departments to provide the highest quality to our customers.
Natalie Pilgrim | Director of Business Administration
Natalie joined Mysoft back in 2006 and has worked her way through the ranks during this time. Natalie has successfully delivered over 200 projects, making her one of the most experienced specialists in the industry. With this role, Natalie now overlooks all internal operations and supports our growing team.
Kim Rix | Director of People and Culture
Our HR Department is now People and Culture, reflecting a better approach to fostering a positive work environment and staff welfare. Kim will undertake the title of Director of People and Culture, recognising the policies and ideas she has introduced to benefit Mysoft. Since joining, Kim has shared Mysoft’s vision of supporting colleagues and fostering their growth, and we are excited for her to have an even greater impact in this role.
Martin Arnold | Technical Director
Martin joined Mysoft as an Analyst Programmer and quickly progressed to Development Manager, where he built the most experienced Sage partner development team. In his new role, Martin will overlook all technical aspects of Mysoft.
Brian Martin | Research and Development Director
As our Research and Development Director, Brian oversees and directs the strategy for Mysoft’s software development projects. Brian and his team help deliver additional functionality for customers on Sage X3 and Sage Intacct including our bespoke plugins. He also led the team and efforts on developing X3CloudDocs, which quickly became the highest-rated Sage X3 application and he continues to work on projects and helps develop and improve X3CloudDocs.
Leadership In Balance
Our new director’s team consists of seven people, with a balanced gender representation of 43% women, which reflects our commitment and importance to inclusivity here at Mysoft. Together the board brings over 100 years of combined experience with Sage and will help guide Mysoft’s future in the right direction.
With this talented team helping to guide our departments within the company, we believe that this will help shape and guide Mysoft to a brighter and better future, and we are looking forward to the opportunities and achievements future years will bring.
